    Digital products for ambitious ideas.

CraftingProduct designs and builds websites, event platforms and custom operational tools, combining product thinking, crafted interfaces, integrations and analytics.

    Manifesto

A product is only real once someone can use it.

We work in short passes with something working to look at, and we instrument what we ship so you can see how it performs after launch.

A short intake — about two minutes

    Selected work

Four things we designed and built.

    ProductFlight

Reframing an AI product-data platform for enterprise buyers.

    Situation

An AI product-data platform whose website no longer matched who it was selling to, or what the product had become.

    What we built

A complete website transformation: positioning and information architecture, visual redesign, and implementation — plus a Slack integration.

Website created and designed by CraftingProduct.

    Delightfully

An event website designed to convert — and measure what happened.

    Situation

An event experience for Lovable × Product Delight in Paris, from first visit to registered attendee.

    What we built

The event website and the registration flow behind it, with payments and product analytics wired in from the start.

    VibeConf.nl

A conference website connected to the machinery behind the event.

    Situation

A conference that needed one public face and a working pipeline from interest to ticket.

    What we built

Website design and implementation, connected to registration, payments, and tracking so the organisers could see the funnel.

    Buildathon.eu

A second business built around Buildathons-as-a-Service.

    Situation

Companies, communities and conferences need more than a one-off event. They need format design, facilitation and the systems that carry the full arc.

    What we built

A dedicated Buildathon-as-a-Service business, supported by HackHome: the operating platform for applications, team formation, submissions, judging and results.

    How we work

    Understand, design, build, instrument, ship.

    1. Understand

What the product has to do, for whom, and what is currently in the way.

    2. Design

Positioning, structure, and interface decided together before anything is built.

    3. Build

Implementation in short passes, with working software to look at throughout.

    4. Instrument

Payments, registration, and analytics wired in so the thing can be measured.

    5. Ship

Launch, then the handover: access, documentation, and what to watch next.

    Founder dossier

The studio is led by Dima Abramov.

Dima Abramov is a senior product leader and AI builder based in Amsterdam. He founded CraftingProduct to practice AI transformation the way the work is actually done: on real problems, with the machines running, in front of the people who have to live with the result.

Buildathon.eu is Dima’s second business: a dedicated Buildathon-as-a-Service practice for companies, communities and conferences.

    Product leadership
Driving AI adoption and enabling operational processes with AI.
    Studio practice
Founded CraftingProduct. Runs workshops, AI enablement, and live building sessions for leadership and product teams.
    Community
Founded and runs the Amsterdam Vibe-Coding Meetup. Lovable ambassador.

    First-person note

I run the room the way I run my own work: real problem, machines on, no slides about slides.

    Working together

Bring the thing you can’t buy off the shelf.

The site that no longer matches the product. The event that needs its own machinery. The internal tool nobody sells. That is the work the studio is built for.

    Start a project

Tell us what you want to build.

A website, an event platform, an internal tool — describe where it is now and where it needs to get to. Your answers go straight to the studio.
